Service Description

If you’re like me, then you’ve also probably been caught up in the busy-ness of life leading to feelings of overwhelm and stress and at some stage you realise that things need to change and I assume that that is possibly one of the reasons why you are here... If you are looking for change, a place to start simply & easily, then you’re at the right place. I’ve put this 4-part course together with a Complete Beginner in mind. Someone who has never tried Yoga before or only dipped their toes. Maybe you think you’re too stiff, too large, too old, too busy, too unhappy... do not to worry, give this course a try and see if we can make a few changes together. There are 4 classes, each class includes very gentle and simple warm up practices, covering the main yoga postures or movements, breathing practices and relaxation practice. There will be simple mindfulness tools taught each week and a follow up email so you can use and refer to these tools and use them your daily life to find more balance. Each week we will cover certain areas leading to a dynamic flow practice also called Vinyasa Flow and how to go into the postures in a safe way based on modern anatomy rather than some of the traditional alignments. We will learn to dive deep into our bodies and build the relationship between the mind & body finding balance and learning simple tools we can use every day. When the course is complete the class will become a regular weekly improvers vinyasa flow class. I look forward to seeing you on the mat! Marilyn Who this course is for: Anyone who is new to Yoga.
